Customer Advisory Board

The RethinkBH Customer Advisory Board (CAB) is a strategic partnership between RethinkBH and a select group of leading behavioral health and ABA provider organizations.

The CAB exists to

Provide structured, executive-level input into RethinkBH’s product roadmap, services, and long-term vision

Validate strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with real-world clinical, operational, and financial needs

Foster a peer network among high-performing behavioral health leaders

Strengthen customer outcomes, retention, and expansion through deeper collaboration

The CAB is not a support or troubleshooting forum. It is a forward-looking, strategic body focused on co-creating the future of RethinkBH.

Mission

To partner with behavioral health leaders to co-create a platform that is clinically effective and operationally impactful, ensuring innovation aligns with real-world needs.

The CAB meets quarterly, with three virtual sessions and one in-person annual summit. Sessions are designed to be highly interactive, prioritizing discussion and collaboration.

  • Shape what gets built. Provide direct input on product decisions across clinical workflows, scheduling, billing, and more.
  • Stay ahead of the curve. Get early access to new features and roadmap direction before they’re released broadly.
  • Connect with your peers. Join a vetted network of behavioral health executives who are solving the same challenges you are.

CAB members are executive-level leaders — CEOs, COOs, Clinical Directors, and Revenue Cycle leaders — at growing ABA and behavioral health organizations. Members are selected by invitation based on their strategic vision, track record of collaboration, and commitment to advancing the field.

CAB membership is by invitation. If you’re a RethinkBH customer and believe you’d be a strong fit, reach out to your Customer Success Manager or contact us directly at [INSERT CONTACT EMAIL / FORM LINK]
